These practices, run alongside the BS EN ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001 standards, ensure a holistic and sustainable approach to our operations.

We are excited to announce that Reinforcement Solutions Limited has ascended to Platinum membership within the Business Club, following our role as sponsors for Compton Care’s 40th birthday gala dinner in 2022. This relationship fostered a profound understanding of the charity’s significant care services, and the importance of community support.
The positive impact of Compton Care resonates deeply within our business and local community, inspiring us to name them our charity of the year. We have committed to supporting Compton through various means, including participation in fundraising events like the Wolverhampton 10K.

Our Prison Scheme
We’ve identified a unique opportunity to partner with local prisons, offering a pathway to employment for individuals nearing the end of their sentences. Our program focuses on comprehensive training, development and ultimately, a guaranteed role within The Total Group upon release.
Most participants join us with no prior welding experience. That’s where our dedicated assessors come in. They provide full support and expert training, ensuring every individual meets Reinforcement Solutions Limited’s rigorous standards. The work produced within the prison is held to the same high quality as all our on-site projects, ensuring a seamless transition into the professional world.
This initiative is designed to make reintegrating into the community and securing stable employment significantly easier. After a two-week trial period, we conduct interviews to assess suitability. Successful candidates are offered full-time positions within Reinforcement Solutions Limited upon their release.
We provide extensive support to help them adjust to life outside of prison, including travel cost assistance, weekly pay to provide immediate income, and comprehensive mental health support. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful transition for every individual joining the Reinforcement Solutions Limited team.
Sponsoring Lewis Morris, A Local Boxer
We made the decision to sponsor Lewis three years ago, recognising the positive influence he had within the prison service through his role as a personal trainer. His dedication to personal development, discipline and inspiring others closely aligned with our own values. By providing him with monthly sponsorship, we’ve been able to support his journey and allow him to fully focus on his sport, helping him unlock his potential and achieve excellence in his field.
Running for Compton Care
Our team at Reinforcement Solutions Limited took on a 10k run in aid of Compton Care, the incredible local charity providing end-of-life palliative care and support for patients and their families.
It was a fantastic effort from everyone involved, and we’re proud to have raised funds to help Compton Care continue their vital work in our community.
